Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Payments

Recurring subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming term (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). By completing checkout you authorize Intello GPTs and our payment processor to charge the applicable amount on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from the billing dashboard. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund.

After the 7-day window, refunds are generally not provided for the current billing period. Partial refunds or credits may be granted at our discretion for issues caused by service outages or defects directly attributable to Intello GPTs.

3. Credit Purchases & Usage

All top-up purchases for additional credits are final and non-refundable once the credits are deposited in your account. Credits do not expire while your subscription remains active.

If a technical issue prevents you from using credits, contact support and we will investigate. Validated issues may result in replacement credits or service credits.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which it will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.

To avoid future charges, cancel before the renewal date displayed in the billing dashboard.

5. Chargebacks

Please reach out to us directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback through your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your Intello GPTs account.
