Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Intello GPTs platform and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are otherwise deemed high risk.

You may use the Service to build AI-powered workflows, generate content, collaborate with teammates, and access integrated third-party models.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to break security, uploading malicious code, harvesting data, violating intellectual property rights, or using generated content in illegal ways.

You are responsible for any content you submit. Ensure you have the rights to any data, prompts, or assets uploaded to Intello GPTs.

Pricing, plan limits, and credit allocations are described on our pricing page. Upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations take effect according to the billing cycle managed by our payment partner (e.g., Razorpay).

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Taxes and payment processing fees may apply.

The Service, underlying software, branding, and all improvements remain the exclusive property of Intello GPTs and its licensors.

Generated content belongs to you, subject to the model provider’s policies and applicable law. We may use aggregated and anonymized data to improve the Service.

We treat user data as confidential and implement security safeguards. You agree to keep any non-public information about the Service confidential.

If you discover a vulnerability, notify us at security@intello.ai without publicly disclosing the issue.

The Service integrates with third-party APIs and models. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes that may impact functionality.

The Service is provided “as is”. We make no warranties regarding accuracy of generated content or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intello GPTs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, abuse the platform, or if required by law.

Upon termination you must cease using the Service, though certain provisions (e.g., ownership, indemnity, limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be attempted to resolve amicably; failing that, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
